Richard Clarke

I am proud to call Salem County home — in fact, I’m a third-generation resident. Born and raised in the community I now serve, I graduated from Pennsville Memorial High School in 1987 and have spent my life building strong roots and lasting relationships throughout the area.

Family has always been at the center of my life. Having been married to my wonderful wife for 35 years, we have raised two amazing daughters together. Now blessed with two grandchildren, I understand firsthand what “home” truly means — it’s where life happens, memories are made, and families grow.

Before pursuing real estate, I dedicated my career to serving the community in other ways. Working at Salem Hospital in security for seven years before transitioning into environmental compliance. Much of that time was spent working inside DuPont as a contractor, where I developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

My move into real estate was fueled by passion. After seeing too many homes sitting empty and uncared for, I felt called to make a difference — to connect families with the homes that needed them. For me, it’s more than a career. It’s a belief I live by:

Every Home Needs a Family.

I approach each client relationship with honesty, dedication, and a genuine desire to help. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a place filled with memories, or searching for the perfect space for your growing family, I am committed to guiding you every step of the way — because to me, real estate isn’t just about properties. It’s about people.
